Meals and dietary needs
MITechCon makes reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies. Our main and alternate meals are designed to address a range of dietary needs.
If you have a specific concern the menu does not address, email info@mitechcon.org or use the form below so we can help resolve it.
Alternate meals at check-in
If you have a dietary restriction on file, you may request an alternate meal ticket at check-in. Alternate meals are limited and replace the main meal.
Questions about ingredients and preparation
We can provide more detailed meal information and consult our meal provider about ingredients, preparation, and whether the provided meals can meet your needs.
If we cannot accommodate your needs
We will first review your concern with you and our meal provider. If that review confirms the provided meals cannot accommodate your dietary needs, MITechCon will issue a meal voucher toward dining options in the Oakland Center: up to $12 for breakfast or $15 for lunch, including tax. The reception is not covered.
Vouchers are not offered for meal preferences, choosing to skip the provided meals, or as a cash alternative to conference meals.
